Beyond Van Gogh in District 5 New Cairo

Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is coming to Cairo on April 7 at District 5 by Marakez.

The exhibition features more than 300 of Van Gogh’s artworks projected across walls, floors, and ceilings in a fully immersive 360 degree format. Works including The Starry Night, Sunflowers, and Cafe Terrace at Night are freed from their frames and brought to life through movement, light, and sound, accompanied by the artist’s own words set to music.

The experience was created by French-Canadian Creative Director Mathieu St-Arnaud and his team at Montreal’s Normal Studios, and has drawn over five million visitors across North America and Europe.

This is the first time Beyond Van Gogh lands in Egypt.
