Madinaty Half Marathon is back on Friday, June 5th, 2026, for an exciting sixth edition in the heart of Madinaty! Starting and finishing at the Madinaty Open Air Mall, runners can choose from three main distances: 5K, 10K, and 21K, once more providing a professional standard race experience, including automatic timing of every runner, fully closed-off roads reserved for runners only, and special race medals at the Finish Line. Families will also be able to participate in a 2K Fun Run which takes place entirely within the Open Air Mall. Madinaty Half Marathon falls under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the supervision of the Egyptian Athletics Federation, and The TriFactory is excited to welcome runners from across Egypt to East Cairo’s premier running race!
