DRESS CODE

No beachwear: swimwear, flip-flops, etc. are not allowed.
RESERVATIONS & ENTRY

Table bookings have a 45-minute grace period.
Late arrivals may be moved to bar seating or have the booking cancelled.
Bar reservations do not allow bottle service.
Door control and selection policies apply. Even if the reservation is confirmed, it does not guarantee entry.
Minimum age: 23+ (Strictly enforced).
Original passport or national ID required (No copies).
FOOD & BEVERAGE

Last food order: 1:00AM
Bouchon policy (corkage): EGP 2,500 for any type of bottles.
RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be processed through KIKI’S website.
Reservations are non-transferable.
No refunds for no-shows nor short-notice cancellations.
Full refunds are available ONLY if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the reservation.
PAYMENT LINKS & QR CODES

Link expires after 24 hours or when the wave expires. Failure to pay in time will cancel your booking.
Do not share payment links or QR codes outside your confirmed guest list.
For table & bar reservations: QR codes will be sent by email to the head of table (the person who booked) and will appear on their KIKI’S account.
The head of table is liable to send all QR codes to the paid guest list group.
The QR codes will only be sent when the reservation have been paid in full.
