Cairo International Book Fair 58th Edition at New Cairo
Wed 20 January 2027 at 12:00 pm - Tue 2 February 2027 at 8:00 pm
The 58th Cairo International Book Fair will run from 20 January to 2 February 2027 at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in the Fifth Settlement. Qatar has been named the official guest of honour for this edition.
A new mobile application will launch in December 2026 to help visitors navigate the fair. The app will include interactive maps to locate publishing stands, online ticket booking, and year round home book delivery through a partnership with E-Finance.
The fair’s high committee is currently selecting the main cultural figures and personalities for the event. First held in 1969, the annual exhibition remains one of the largest literary events in the region.
