Fete De La Musique Cairo and Alexandria

Fête de la Musique returns to Egypt for its fourth edition, with dates in Alexandria on 18 June and Cairo on 20 June. This year the festival pairs its music programme with an environmental focus.
The Cairo day takes place at Al-Azhar Park. The lineup spans local and international acts, including Habibi Funk, Brame de Zéphyr, Nagham Saleh, RIFF, Ali Refai and Neuron. Alongside the performances, the programme runs a set of hands-on workshops tied to the sustainability theme: From Waste to Wear, an upcycled accessory design session, and Threads of Change, a macramé workshop, both at Al-Azhar Park on 20 June.
SANYA also runs a Sunset Reset Session, a 45-minute guided movement break led by co-founder Yasmine Tarek, with places limited.
The festival is organised by Underground Social with support from Institut Français Égypte, the Goethe-Institut, the European Union, and German Cooperation through GIZ.
