Somabay Endurance Festival 2026

The Somabay Endurance Festival returns to Somabay on the Red Sea from May 7 to May 9, 2026, bringing together Egypt’s largest multi sport endurance event in a three day program designed for athletes of all levels. Since its launch in 2014, the festival has welcomed thousands of participants across a wide range of races, from first time beginners to seasoned professionals.

The festival features multiple race formats including Sprint, Supersprint, Olympic, Youth, and Kids races, with children as young as five taking part alongside adult competitors reaching 70 plus. All races are delivered to international endurance standards, with professional timing systems and a purpose built course set against Somabay’s coastal landscape, making it one of the country’s most established and inclusive endurance sporting events.
